Position Summary:

 PhyNet Dermatology, LLC is seeking a driven and collaborative Advanced Practice Provider Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role will focus on the full-cycle recruitment of Advanced Practice Providers (Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants), Aestheticians, and support initiatives across the broader provider recruitment strategy. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong partnerships with operations and clinical leadership, and brings creative sourcing strategies to the table. This is a remote position, but candidates based in WA, GA, TN, or OH are preferred. Occasional travel may be required to support recruiting events and team activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

To perform effectively in this role, the candidate must fulfill the following duties with or without reasonable accommodations:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Advanced Practice Providers and Aestheticians, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding support
  • Source candidates through a variety of channels including job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
  • Oversee and manage provider job board platforms to ensure accurate, timely, and strategic job postings
  • Partner with physician recruiters to support pipeline development, candidate experience, and recruitment operations
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify top-tier clinical talent in competitive markets
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and field leadership to understand workforce needs and deliver timely hiring solutions
  • Maintain and update candidate records and requisitions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Support recruitment marketing and branding efforts, including job postings, social media outreach, and events
  • Assist in special projects and team initiatives to improve recruitment efficiency and provider engagement
  • Represent the organization at recruitment events, career fairs, and industry conferences as needed

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

This role requires a proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong commitment to patient care and operational excellence.

  • 2+ years of experience in provider or healthcare recruitment; experience with APP or aesthetic roles preferred
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills with knowledge of job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • High level of organization, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS); experience with Greenhouse is a plus
  • Ability to travel periodically for team meetings, site visits, and recruiting events
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
