Franchise Marketing Manager

POSITION SUMMARY
PickleRage, a leading indoor pickleball club franchisor, is on the lookout for a Franchise Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is central to our growth strategy, focusing on training new franchisees on our marketing playbook, be the touch point for franchise requests, work with our corporate club programming director and Director of Operations to plan club marketing campaign topics, and liaison with the marketing department for development and execution. The ideal candidate is customer support driven, experienced working in a franchise environment or an agency environment with multiple clients, experienced in digital marketing, and adept at supporting both corporate club and franchise growth objectives.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary marketing support liaison for franchisees, assisting with marketing strategy, campaign execution, and troubleshooting. 
  • Serve as the primary marketing support liaison for our corporate clubs, collaborating with the team to plan marketing campaign requests.
  • Train new franchisees on the execution of our marketing playbook and hold meetings with them through the training process.
  • Maintain ownership and updates of the Franchise Marketing Playbook and components.
  • Document marketing processes to ensure best practices and efficient operation across all marketing campaigns.
  • Propose creative solutions for lead generation and conversion optimization.
  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing and Digital Marketing Manager to set due dates, timelines, and expectation for campaign requests. 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing; significant industry experience considered in lieu of degree.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in a franchise marketing support role, with a strong emphasis on marketing experience.
  • East Coast hours preferred. 

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • This role is primarily remote, requiring a home-based office environment with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental conditions.

  • Ability to sit for extended periods.
