What You'll Own & Achieve 

  • Hunt & Close at the Highest Levels: Proactively target and penetrate new logos while expanding wallet share with existing enterprise accounts—think global banks, quant hedge funds, asset managers, broker-dealers, prop shops, and market makers. 
  • Execute a High-Impact Sales Strategy: Build and own your territory plan, forecast with precision, and consistently exceed aggressive revenue targets in a competitive, high-stakes market. 
  • Command the Room: Engage C-suite executives (Heads of Trading, CTOs, CIOs, COOs) and trading heads with compelling, value-driven conversations that position Pico as the strategic partner for low-latency edge, data integrity, and operational resilience. 
  • Collaborate Like a Partner: Work hand-in-glove with world-class product, engineering, and client success teams to deliver tailored solutions that solve real pain points and drive measurable ROI. 
  • Shape the Future: Influence product roadmap based on client feedback from the front lines of global markets. 

What We're Looking For (Non-Negotiables) 

  • 10+ years of proven B2B enterprise sales success in capital markets technology—specifically selling low-latency connectivity, market data solutions, real-time analytics, trading infrastructure, or related high-performance financial services. 
  • Deep domain expertise and established network across large banking institutions, hedge funds (quant & macro), asset managers, broker-dealers, and electronic trading firms. 
  • Track record of consistently exceeding quota in competitive, solution-selling environments—bonus points for uncapped commission success. 
  • Elite relationship-building skills—you thrive at the C-level and can translate technical complexity into business value. 
  • Hunter mindset with the polish and gravitas to lead strategic deals from discovery to close. 
  • Willingness to travel as needed to build and maintain global relationships.

Working Arrangements 

This is a Hybrid position with weekly time in the office with the flexibility of working from home. Though travel may be required from time to time, it is not expected to be regular or frequent. The role holder will be expected to work whatever hours are necessary for the performance of this role (recognizing that it involves multiple jurisdictions/geographies including but not limited to EMEA, USA and APAC).

Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant certification. 

New York Pay range

$175,000 - $200,000 USD
