About the Role

As a Data Analyst, you’ll be the detective behind the numbers, uncovering insights that drive smarter decisions, better user experiences, and next-level growth. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across engineering, product, and marketing to analyze trends, optimize performance, and fuel innovation with data-driven strategies.

What You’ll Do:

📊 Collect & Analyze: Gather, clean, and interpret data to uncover patterns and opportunities.
📈 Drive Business Insights: Provide data-backed recommendations to improve our platform, customer experience, and operations.
📊 Build Dashboards & Reports: Create easy-to-understand visualizations using SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI.
⚡ Optimize Performance: Analyze product usage, customer behavior, and operational data to drive efficiency and engagement.
🧠 Collaborate Across Teams: Work with engineers, product managers, and marketing teams to turn insights into action.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
✅ Proficiency in SQL – You can write complex queries in your sleep (but please don’t).
✅ Strong analytical skills with experience in Python, R, or another data analysis language.
✅ Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
✅ Excellent problem-solving skills and a curiosity for digging deep into data.
✅ Great communication skills – You can translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Nice-to-Haves:

➕ Experience with big data technologies (Snowflake, Redshift, Hadoop, etc.).
➕ Familiarity with A/B testing and statistical analysis.
➕ Background in SaaS, tech startups, or data compression technology.
