About the Role

As a Front-End Engineer II, you’ll be responsible for crafting sleek, high-performance interfaces that make complex technology feel effortless. You'll work closely with our design and backend teams to build fast, intuitive, and scalable web applications that power our next-gen compression platform.

What You’ll Do:

🖥️ Develop & Optimize: Write clean, efficient, and reusable code using React, TypeScript, and modern frameworks.
🎨 Elevate the UI/UX: Work closely with designers to create seamless, beautiful, and user-friendly experiences.
⚡ Improve Performance: Optimize front-end code for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
🔄 Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with backend engineers to ensure smooth API integration.
🛠️ Stay Cutting-Edge: Keep up with the latest trends in front-end development, frameworks, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 3+ years of experience building modern, high-performance web applications.
✅ Expertise in React.js & TypeScript (bonus points for Next.js or Vue.js experience).
✅ Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.
✅ Experience working with RESTful APIs & GraphQL.
✅ Passion for performance optimization, accessibility, and user-first design.
✅ A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset.

Nice-to-Haves:

➕ Experience with WebAssembly, TailwindCSS, or Node.js.
➕ Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
➕ Contributions to open-source projects (we love seeing your GitHub!).
