Position Overview

We are seeking an elite, high-performance athlete to pilot our multi-million-dollar carbon-fiber machine at speeds exceeding 200 mph. Your primary objective: cross the finish line first while taking split-second risks, surviving extreme G-forces, and protecting team equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Fast: Extract maximum performance from the car across all weather conditions and circuit types.

• Telemetry & Feedback: Collaborate with engineers to optimize car setup, strategy, and aerodynamic balance.

• Media & PR: Perform under intense global spotlight, managing interviews, sponsor obligations, and fan interactions.

• Physical & Mental Peak: Maintain elite physical conditioning (neck strength, reflexes, cardiovascular endurance) and razor-sharp mental focus under intense pressure.

Requirements

• FIA Super Licence (mandatory).

• Flawless reaction times, high spatial awareness, and complete dynamic control at high speeds.

• Exceptional communication skills over team radio (even at 220 mph).

• Fearlessness, unmatched competitive drive, and tolerance for extreme heat and G-forces.
