Manager of Corporate Finance

US - Remote

Who We Are

Pindrop is a cybersecurity company delivering continuous identity verification across voice, video, and digital interactions. Powered by the Pindrop Intelligence Network, our unified trust platform helps enterprises answer three critical questions:

Is this identity synthetic? Detect AI-generated and manipulated voice and video.
Is this identity risky? Identify fraud, suspicious behavior, and other risk signals.
Is this identity known? Authenticate identities using voice, device, behavioral, and other signals.

Pindrop brings this intelligence together across purpose-built trust engines to help organizations make informed decisions in real time — protecting customers, workforce interactions, and emerging AI-driven interactions.

Pindrop protects billions of high-risk interactions for enterprises, including leading financial institutions, insurers, and healthcare organizations. Its technology is informed by more than 8 billion real-world interactions annually and protected by 300+ patents.

Recognized by TIME as one of the 10 Most Influential Software Companies of 2026 and by Inc. for Best in Business for Innovation, Pindrop is backed by leading investors including Andreessen Horowitz, IVP, and CapitalG.

What you’ll bring and do:

Pindrop is looking for a Manager of Corporate Finance to help build the next stage of our finance function—scaling planning, reporting, analytics, and decision support through stronger processes, better data, and practical AI-enabled automation. This role is ideal for someone who wants to bring investor-grade modeling, diligence-quality analysis, and crisp executive communication into an operating role where their work directly shapes how Pindrop grows, invests, and scales.

You’ll enhance the financial operating system behind Pindrop’s next stage of growth — connecting financial planning, forecasting, SaaS metrics, cash visibility, and capital allocation into clear insights for the ELT, Board, and investors. Reporting to the Director, Strategic Finance, you’ll create forward-looking insights, partner across the business and G&A, and play a central role in fundraising, M&A, IPO readiness, and investor communications as Pindrop scales. You will leverage AI-enabled workflows to automate manual reporting, improve forecast accuracy, surface performance risks faster, and help Finance scale with greater speed and precision.

We are looking for someone driven to create impact who possesses the following: 1) Analytical Horsepower for Insight Extraction 2) Interdisciplinary Collaboration and Impact 3) Reporting Automation and Data Capabilities.

Financial Architecture, Planning & Systems

  • Lead the corporate planning cadence across monthly and quarterly forecasts, AOP, MRP, LRP, and base / upside / downside scenarios, using driver-based sensitivities to pressure-test growth, burn, hiring, margin, liquidity, and financing needs for the ELT and Board
  • Build and own the company’s integrated three-statement operating model, anchored in NetSuite / GAAP actuals and driven by forward-looking assumptions for bookings, billings, revenue recognition, deferred revenue / RPO, headcount, opex, working capital, debt / interest, D&A, taxes, and equity assumptions
  • Own planning infrastructure, consolidation, and automation across the FP&A planning tool, NetSuite-to-planning actuals feed, S&M / R&D / G&A rollups, budget-owner KPIs and spend management, and AI-enabled workflows for reporting refreshes, variance commentary, forecast-risk flags, and the close-to-forecast process

SaaS Performance, Benchmarking & Value Creation

  • Own company-level SaaS metrics, executive dashboards, and performance narratives across ARR bridge, GRR / NRR, cohort retention and expansion, Rule of 40, burn multiple, Magic Number, CAC payback, LTV / CAC, gross and operating margin, cash conversion, and capital efficiency
  • Benchmark Pindrop against both public and private SaaS peer comps, identifying gaps and opportunities across growth durability, margin structure, GTM efficiency, retention, operating leverage, cash conversion, valuation drivers, and profitability progression
  • Partner with functional leaders and G&A partners to translate performance insights into concrete operating actions — headcount plans, compensation decisions, spend guardrails, productivity targets, resource allocation, forecast updates, and board-ready recommendations

Investor Readiness and Capital Strategy

  • Support investor relations, board, and corporate development workstreams, including quarterly investor updates, KPI packages, board materials, data-room preparation during fundraising (equity/debt), IPO readiness, or selective M&A or corporate development analyses as opportunities arise
  • Upgrade the cash and runway model, connecting operating forecasts to liquidity, burn, financing needs, and the path toward efficient Rule of 40-caliber growth; help evolve cash flow and working capital forecasting as the Company scales
  • Build a practical capital allocation framework to help leadership compare investment opportunities across GTM, R&D, Product, G&A, and the balance sheet, using ARR impact, payback, margin, cash burn, risk, and strategic priority to drive funding, reallocation, and stop/go decisions

 Who you are

  • Possesses a growth mindset and a bias for action; enjoys creating processes and infrastructure from the ground up, not just maintain what already exists
  • Trusted advisor to the business to guide investments and strategic direction with cross-functional empathy
  • AI fluency and agentic tools (e.g., Claude) to automate the rote and multiply your output, and you want to set the standard for how a modern finance team operates
  • Self-starting, independent logical thinker comfortable operating in ambiguity to solve problems with analysis, data, and structured arguments while being an exceptional communicator who turns complex financials into crisp, investor- and board-grade narratives
  • Excited to innovate solutions and learn new tools while being agile to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable presenting to executive teams and aspiring to take on an active role in building a path to IPO

Your skill set

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Economics, Data Science, or equivalent experience, with 7-10 years of progressive finance experience, including 2+ years in investment banking or growth equity and significant corporate finance experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise software company
  • Strong corporate finance modeling foundation required, with advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, solid GAAP and NetSuite knowledge, and the ability to translate actuals into forecasts and build scalable enterprise SaaS / usage-based models tied to revenue, margin, cash, and performance outcomes
  • Proven ownership of planning infrastructure end-to-end — including AOP, medium-/long-range planning, scenario and sensitivity analysis, FP&A/ERP systems, dashboards, and executive-ready reporting — with hands-on proficiency in AI-enabled workflows, SQL/BI tools, and reporting automation
  • Experience with board/investor reporting, capital allocation/liquidity events (strongly preferred), including IPO readiness, M&A, and private fundraising; corporate development exposure and G&A business partnering a plus
