Director of Demand Generation

US-Remote

Who We Are

Pindrop is a cybersecurity company delivering continuous identity verification across voice, video, and digital interactions. Powered by the Pindrop Intelligence Network, our unified trust platform helps enterprises answer three critical questions:

Is this identity synthetic? Detect AI-generated and manipulated voice and video.
Is this identity risky? Identify fraud, suspicious behavior, and other risk signals.
Is this identity known? Authenticate identities using voice, device, behavioral, and other signals.

Pindrop brings this intelligence together across purpose-built trust engines to help organizations make informed decisions in real time — protecting customers, workforce interactions, and emerging AI-driven interactions.

Pindrop protects billions of high-risk interactions for enterprises, including leading financial institutions, insurers, and healthcare organizations. Its technology is informed by more than 8 billion real-world interactions annually and protected by 300+ patents.

Recognized by TIME as one of the 10 Most Influential Software Companies of 2026 and by Inc. for Best in Business for Innovation, Pindrop is backed by leading investors including Andreessen Horowitz, IVP, and CapitalG.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As Director of Demand Generation, you will own Pindrop's marketing-sourced pipeline across three distinct growth motions: our Core product suite, emerging Healthcare vertical, and Pulse for Meetings. You'll report to the VP of Growth and serve as the connective tissue between Growth pods, PMM, Brand, BDRs, Sales, and RevOps. You’re someone who has experience turning great strategies into campaigns that create pipeline.

You will start as a hands-on individual contributor and grow into managing a mix of FTEs and contractors as the function scales.

Here's what the role looks like:

Own the pipeline number. Carry the marketing-sourced pipeline target for your campaigns, manage full-funnel performance from lead to closed-won, and run weekly readouts with cross-functional leads.

Architect the integrated campaign portfolio. Design and run campaigns end-to-end including audience targeting, messaging activation, channel mix, content requirements, calendar, and budget allocation that are all tied to pipeline outcomes, not activity metrics.

Lead the campaign strategy AND execution. You’re well-versed on connecting all of the teams that support an integrated campaign. That means briefing with PMM on messaging, Brand on creatives, Digital on paid motions, Lifecycle on nurture, ABM and BDRs on account plays, and Sales on follow-up SLAs. You not only identify all of the internal levers to pull, you create the motion to activate and track all of your launch partners.

Run an agile campaign engine. Operate inside our sprint-based pod model: brief, build, launch, learn, scale or sunset — in weeks, not quarters.

Optimize budget like a P&L owner. Allocate against pipeline-per-dollar, reallocate based on evidence, and manage agency and contractor resources to extend capacity.

Apply AI-first thinking. Use AI tooling to increase campaign velocity, sharpen personalization, and improve targeting precision across all three growth motions.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You are a pipeline owner, not a program manager. You sign up for a number and build the system to hit it.
  • You are a player-coach: comfortable executing hands-on today and building a team tomorrow.
  • You orchestrate across various teams. You align pods, agencies, and stakeholders through crisp briefs, RACIs, and DRIs, not meetings.
  • You think full-funnel: awareness through expansion, not just MQLs.
  • You show the receipts: dashboards, cohort analysis, insights, and blameless post-mortems to drive applied learnings for future iterations.
  • You thrive at speed. You ship campaigns in weeks, not quarters. You’re nimble and able to comfortably pivot like a pro when priorities shift.

YOUR SKILL-SET

Must-haves:

  • 10+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing, with 3+ years owning a marketing-sourced pipeline target.
  • Proven experience operating an integrated campaign model: one campaign architecture spanning paid, email, events, ABM, webinars, and content, with shared goals across teams.
  • Track record of building demand engines at fast-paced, high-growth companies and moving at startup velocity.
  • Experience orchestrating cross-functional teams (PMM, brand, digital, BDR, sales) to a shared revenue goal.
  • Fluency in funnel math: conversion rates, velocity, CAC, pipeline coverage models.
  • Hands-on with Salesforce, Marketo, and ABM platforms (Demandbase or 6sense).
  • Experience managing agencies and contractors; experience in agile or sprint-based marketing teams.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Security, fraud, AI, or contact center domain experience.
  • Vertical marketing experience in healthcare or FSI.
  • Experience launching demand for a new product line (0-to-1 pipeline motion).

This role will be posted for 30 days from 09/09/26.
