Location: Asheville, NC or within driving distance
The plays a critical role in enhancing companywide performance by managing talent platforms, integrating data, and providing valuable insights to employees and stakeholders. This position will support employee engagement, performance tracking, and strategic communication to foster a strong and aligned workplace culture.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and maintain employee engagement and performance platforms, including CultureAmp, 360Learning, Kudos, and Quantive.
- Provide integrated reporting and actionable insights on employee experience and performance metrics across all levels within the organization.
- Collaborate with corporate communications to develop and distribute strategic communication materials aligned with the company’s brand.
- Maintain accurate and organized compliance training records to ensure regulatory standards are met.
- Support the implementation of employee-focused programs and initiatives that promote engagement and development.
Must Haves
- 2+ years of experience in People Analytics and/or data reporting and design.
- Experience with HR information systems and reporting tools.
- Strong knowledge of communication strategies within an organizational context.
- Action-oriented with a focus on driving results.
- Effective communicator with the ability to translate data into clear insights.
- Adaptable and open to feedback to continuously improve processes.
- Collaborative and growth-minded, with a focus on teamwork and innovation.
Education and Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology or a related field.
Working Environment and Physical Demand
- Preferred location Asheville, NC or within driving distance to the office (200 Miles or less)
