
Information Technology Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
IT Asset Management
- Responsible for inventory and maintenance of the company’s IT hardware and software assets, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of asset information.
- Follow up on procurement processes, vendor communication, inventory registration, and reimbursement management.
- Manage and maintain the office and R&D infrastructure, including network, Zoom meeting systems, VPN, and servers.
- Provide user support and account management for Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Groups, Calendar, etc.).
- Use and manage various asset management systems (e.g., JAMF) proficiently.
- Assist in maintaining organizational structures, group permissions, and email security policies.
- Participate in daily information security management and incident response.
- Support the IT team in implementing and enforcing security policies and best practices.
Requirements::
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience in common network configuration and troubleshooting (e.g., Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, access control) is a plus.
- Experience with automation tools or basic development skills is preferred.
- Strong English and Chinese communication skills, able to communicate fluently in both languages.
- Familiarity with common office equipment, network devices, and operating systems (Windows / macOS / Linux).
