Position Overview:
Ping Identity is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Risk and Fraud Solutions to lead and define the strategy for our cutting-edge risk and fraud offerings. This pivotal role will drive the development and execution of the Protect product while crafting integrated solutions that align with market needs and Ping’s strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategy:

Lead Ping Identity’s Risk and Fraud Product Management team.Define and execute the vision and strategy, collaborating with cross-functional Product Management teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.Measure business health by identifying key trends, uncovering root causes, and implementing improvement plans to drive growth.

Collaboration and Integration:

Partner with Product Marketing to define segment-specific sales strategies and develop impactful communication materials.Work with Sales Enablement to train field sales in collaboration with the product team.Collaborate with sales teams to identify needs and prioritize focus areas for growth.

Customer Engagement:

Engage strategically with customers and prospects in roadmap discussions to understand their needs and refine product direction.Conduct in-depth research with customers, industry analysts, and field experts to ensure alignment with market demands.

Thought Leadership:

Evangelize the product vision, strategy, and roadmap internally and externally through whitepapers, blogs, webinars, and market events.

Market Analysis:

Conduct SWOT analyses to identify customer jobs and map Ping Identity’s capabilities to meet these needs.Identify gaps in offerings and prioritize investment areas based on market opportunities and strategic objectives.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience leading risk and fraud solutions, ideally within the identity and access management (IAM) sector.Strong understanding of the identity fraud and risk market landscape.10+ years of experience in product management & leadership, with a proven track record of leading successful product launches and scaling products to achieve significant market impact.Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate a high-level vision into concrete plans and actions.Demonstrated success managing PM team and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences, including customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in product management, product marketing, or sales enablement.Familiarity with CIAM and WF (Identity and Access Management) solutions and market trends.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
