The Role: 

We are looking for a proactive, forward thinking Field Marketing Specialist, to support the UK&I Field, Digital and Channel Marketing function in the planning and execution of their integrated marketing strategies and implementation across the region. 

This role would appeal to someone who has a few years experience gained in a marketing role, and is looking to expand their skill set and develop their career. Ultimately we are looking for someone who is dynamic, proactive, innovative and who can work independently, driving growth and pipeline through comprehensive multi-touch campaigns into our targeted account lists, verticals and strategically chosen accounts.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the UK&I GTM marketing strategy and implementation of marketing initiatives that deliver pipeline for the UK&I sales organisation 
  • Assist with the execution of regional marketing plans, including physical and virtual events, webinars, email campaigns
  • Support, where appropriate, the EMEA ABM programme development
  • Work in collaboration with Digital marketing function to execute paid search, paid social and customised programmes
  • Partner with the Channel Marketing manager to support their initiatives within the region to and through the partner-ecosystem
  • Work with the team to maximise efficiencies across the entire marketing execution process -  including pre and post event/campaign activities such as campaign event briefs, email and linkedin promotional copy, list uploads and tagging, collaborating with all relevant stakeholders as needed to ensure proper execution.
  • Budget: Collaborating with the VP of EMEA support the management of the budget, invoicing and tracking to align with finance processes.
  • Collaborate and engage with relevant internal marketing and sales departments as needed, including the EMEA sales organisation, product marketing, corporate marketing, marketing operations, partner organization, procurement, legal finance and more
  • Reporting: Using our internal tools, work with the regional field marketing leads to track the effectiveness and impact of marketing investments on pipeline generation.
  • Leverage and become proficient using necessary sales and marketing technologies, including Marketo, Salesforce.com, Cognism, 6Sense, Splash and more.
  • Assist with event logistics eg. Stand shipments, staffing, giveaways, branding

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of directly relevant, hands-on marketing experience with a demonstrated ability to execute successful integrated marketing programs preferably in the B2B tech industry. 
  • Proven ability to work with sales teams and multiple levels of management, while being highly responsive and able to multitask. 
  • Experience with key sales and marketing technologies a plus (examples include Marketo, Salesforce.com, Google Suite etc)
  • Able to clearly articulate and deliver on programme goals, strategy and execution elements to multiple audiences.
  • Working knowledge of SFDC.
  • Ability to work independently, creatively and analytically
  • Able to clearly articulate to multiple audiences.
  • Ability to manage, collaborate, leverage and thrive in a fast-paced fast-growing matrix environment.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, initiative, and flexibility.
  • Positive attitude and work collaboratively.
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Be willing and able to work across multiple time zones and cultures
  • Travel – ability to travel as needed (no more than 25%)
