The Treasury Manager will report to and work directly with the Head of Tax & Treasury. As the sole dedicated treasury professional, this is an exciting opportunity for the individual to shape and build the Company’s Treasury. The Treasury Manager will be responsible for managing the daily treasury operations as well as driving Treasury maturity by building and improving policies and processes.

You will:

  •   Manage banking relationships and banking administration.
  •   Define and manage Treasury policies and processes including a 12 month Treasury roadmap.
  •   Design and implement a detailed cashflow forecasting model including BvA processes. Establish and manage entity liquidity processes accordingly including intercompany funding, repatriation and settlement processes.
  •   Partner with key internal stakeholders across the CFO org and beyond.
  •   Re-assess and recommend on investment policy.
  •   Assess TMS automation opportunities.
  •   Design and implement a foreign currency hedging policy.
  •   Define and implement effective internal controls for all Treasury processes, including strong fraud prevention measures and controls.
  •   Assist on debt facility management and compliance as needed.

You have:

  •   +4 years’ of Treasury experience in a corporate treasury environment, preferably multinational, with increasing levels of responsibility.
  •   Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  •   Knowledge of US GAAP accounting related to foreign currency & investments.
  •   Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
  •   A strong sense of ownership, initiative and solution-oriented mindset.
  •   Organized and thorough with ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize.
  •   Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

You have an advantage if you have:

  •   Treasury / Accounting qualifications.
  •   Foreign currency trading experience.
