Senior Manager of Account-Based Marketing (ABM), Americas
Location: Ping HQ or remote

About the Role
Ping is seeking a visionary and strategic Senior Manager of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to establish and lead our ABM initiatives from the ground up. In this new role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing innovative 1:1 ABM strategies, creating the foundational approach that will drive targeted engagement across high-value accounts. Working closely with sales and marketing leadership, this role is pivotal in building a comprehensive ABM strategy, driving pipeline generation, and accelerating revenue growth. You will also work with other teams within the Americas marketing organization to optimize and refine existing ABM strategies across 1:Many and 1:Few programs in market. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, a collaborative mindset, and a proven track record in 1:1 ABM, along with experience in 6sense and other intent data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Architect and implement a full-funnel ABM framework from the ground up, targeting 1:1 engagement with Ping’s high-value accounts. This includes defining the strategic approach, best practices, and processes that will serve as the foundation for Ping’s ABM initiatives.
  • Partnership & Alignment: Partner closely with sales leadership to identify, prioritize, and activate target accounts. Drive alignment and ensure effective communication to foster strong collaboration between marketing, sales, customer success, and other departments.
  • Intent Data Platform Management: Lead the integration and use of 6sense for predictive analytics, driving account insights that inform highly targeted marketing strategies. Use 6sense to establish scalable methodologies for account engagement.
  • Campaign Design and Execution: Develop and execute personalized, multichannel ABM campaigns (ex. digital, social media, social selling, events…) working cross-functionally to deliver a cohesive experience for target accounts
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Set up the measurement and reporting frameworks within Salesforce to monitor campaign performance and effectiveness. Analyze data to provide actionable insights and continuously optimize ABM initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work in tandem with sales, product marketing, and digital/campaign teams to create compelling messaging, develop creative assets, and deliver high-impact campaigns tailored to key accounts.
  • Innovation and Iteration: Build a culture of experimentation within the ABM program, continuously testing new strategies and tactics to evolve and improve the account-specific outreach approach.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 10+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 3+ years specifically in ABM. Experience establishing ABM programs from the ground up is highly preferred.
  • Intent Data Platform Experience: Familiarity with 6sense or similar platforms, with hands-on experience utilizing it for predictive analytics and deep account insights.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce for lead management and reporting, as well as experience with marketing automation tools and gifting platforms (e.g., Sendoso).
  • Strategic and Tactical: Demonstrated ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in ABM campaigns.
  • Collaborative and Persuasive: Skilled in building cross-functional partnerships, especially with sales, to align and execute on high-impact account strategies.

Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple high-impact initiatives and set priorities in a fast-paced environment.

USA: $150,000 - $180,000

In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
