Ping Identity is seeking a proactive, forward thinking Pan-EMEA Customer Marketing Manager to join the EMEA Marketing function.
Customer Marketing is set to become a core focus for the business globally in 2025 and with a significant number of high-value customers existing in the EMEA region it has become imperative that we establish a proactive holistic Go To Market engagement programme to secure and increase loyalty, initiate cross sell and up sell opportunities, educate on the expanded Ping Portfolio and develop further reach across lines of business.
This role will be responsible for all customer marketing GTM outreach within the EMEA region. This person will develop and execute both brand education and demand generation activities to support the aggressive growth goals of the EMEA and global Ping Identity business.
As such, the candidate who will come forward for this role will have the necessary experience in a customer focused role but with a clear strategy on how to build an effective Go To Market plan collaborating cross functionally across the business to drive results.Being able to create an open communicative, proactive, positive working relationship with all stakeholders and the EMEA Leadership team is imperative.
The ideal candidate will report to VP of EMEA Field, Digital and Channel Marketing and will be wholly responsible for the pan-EMEA Customer Marketing strategy, definition and Go To Market execution. The primary focus will be to work alongside the Regional Sales Vice Presidents but in collaboration with and not exclusive to Senior Product Solution Managers, Regional Channel Managers, the Head of ABM Programmes, the EMEA Digital team, EMEA Renewals and EMEA Customer Care teams to plan and deliver comprehensive multi-touch campaigns into verticals and strategically named accounts.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of two years in Customer Marketing, ideally in a pan-EMEA environment. They should be creative, energetic and forward thinking, always looking for new tactics and ways to enable, motivate and drive our GTM programmes to success.
Duty and Responsibilities:
- Develop the strategic approach required for success aligned to KPIs set -
- Hard Metrics: Pipeline,MQLs, MQAs
- Soft Metrics: Increased account engagement and knowledge of Ping Identity
- Work with internal parties and third-party vendors to develop the Go To Market vision for EMEA Customer Marketing
- Execute a pan-EMEA Customer Marketing plan with clear focus on measurement of success utilising new and existing “base” campaigns to their best advantage
- Support the work of Customer Advocacy to increase the reference base within EMEA
- Work alongside the Global Campaigns team on the execution of Base campaigns in region
- Work with Global Campaigns team on the development of pan-EMEA specific customer campaigns
- Work alongside EMEA field Marketing Managers to include Customers within appropriate GTM events
- Utilise the pan-EMEA functions to execute the Customer GTM programme
- Review, refine and develop the GTM tactics on a regular basis to ensure continued engagement and penetration into the named strategic accounts
- Provide articulate feedback on the campaigns, analysis of success, next steps and any adjustments to be made
- Participate to the quarterly QBRs reporting on successes and outlining future strategies and tactics
- Responsible for procurement processes, auditing and accountability for budget spend and management
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or in a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Customer focussed role
- Previous experience in the IT industry, preferable fast paced, fast growth environments.
- Knowledge of current digital marketing technologies and techniques.
- Working knowledge of SFDC and Marketo.
- Great relationship building and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Positive attitude and work collaboratively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
Qualifications:
Essential: A marketing or related business degree or equivalent
Optional: A second or third language
