We are looking for an experienced Engineering Program Manager to lead multiple programs in Advanced Identity Cloud. This role requires strong program execution skills, proactive risk management, and the ability to influence leaders and stakeholders across teams.
You Will :
- Program Leadership: Lead and manage multiple related programs, ensuring strategic alignment and business impact.
- Execution & Delivery: Drive execution independently, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and ensuring teams stay on track.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with leaders and stakeholders, influencing decision-making and ensuring successful program outcomes.
- Risk & Dependency Management: Identify and mitigate risks proactively, ensuring minimal disruptions to execution.
- Process Improvement & Scaling: Implement best practices to improve program management efficiency and scalability.
You Have:
- 5+ years of program management experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Proven track record of leading multiple programs with complexity and impact.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing leaders and decision-makers.
- Ability to drive independent execution, identify risks, and resolve dependencies effectively.
- Experience in improving and scaling program management processes.
- Proficient in analyzing and reporting on engineering KPI data.
- Flexible and open-minded, capable of adapting to rapid changes.
- Eager to learn and promote consistency among various teams.
You have advantage if you have:
- Background in Engineering, Technical Program management, software, technology, or enterprise SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, OKRs, and strategic program planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Salary: $135,000-$170,000
In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
