We are seeking a seasoned, persuasive Senior Business Value Consultant for our Customer Experience team in Bangalore. In this strategic role, you will partner with customer-facing teams and engage key decision-makers at prospective and existing enterprise customers. You would identify customer problems or opportunities and recommend and implement solutions to improve processes, services, products, and software. Your primary mission is to quantify and communicate the strategic, financial, and operational impact of our solutions, ultimately proving their value and driving successful business outcomes.

Role Description:

  • Lead discovery workshops with senior client stakeholders to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create compelling business cases, ROI/TCO models, and financial analyses that translate technical features into tangible value like cost savings, revenue enablement, and risk mitigation.
  • Persuasively present findings and strategic recommendations to executives using compelling presentations and exceptional communication skills.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and industry benchmarking to effectively position our value proposition against alternatives and the status quo.
  • Collaborate with and enable the sales organization to lead with a value-centric approach throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Identify inefficiencies in customers' current systems and processes, framing these pain points as opportunities for transformation.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of enterprise software, pricing, and technical architectures to advise customers on their strategic investments.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 8-10 years in a similar role like value engineering, strategic consulting, or corporate strategy.
  • Proven experience in the software product development industry with a deep understanding of SaaS business models and metrics (e.g., ARR, LTV, CAC).
  • Demonstrated track record of building sophisticated financial models (ROI, TCO) and presenting executive-level business cases to C-suite audiences.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a persuasive ability to simplify complex concepts and tell a compelling story with data.
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.
  • Strong technical and commercial acumen with experience in enterprise software.
  • Extensive experience working collaboratively with sales teams to close large, strategic deals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech / B.Engg) or a related technical field is required.
  • Good to have qualifications include direct experience in IAM/cybersecurity and an MBA in Finance or Economics.
