About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales / Marketing Operations Manager to support Ping Identity’s global Sales Development Representative (SDR) team. This role is critical to ensuring the efficiency, productivity, and scalability of our SDR function worldwide. You will own the day-to-day strategic execution and operational optimization of the Sales Development team

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in optimizing revenue operations for a global go-to-market organization. You thrive at the intersection of sales and marketing, and you’re skilled at driving process improvements across multiple tools and regions.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic planning and execution

  • Collaborate with the SDR leaders to translate overarching SDR strategies into actionable plans.
  • Work closely with SDR leadership, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, and RevOps to ensure alignment across the funnel.

  • Participate in quarterly and annual planning for SDR capacity, coverage models, and quota setting.

  • Support special projects, pilot programs, and initiatives to drive pipeline growth.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and maintain SDR dashboards and performance reports in Salesforce and other systems.

  • Provide insights on SDR productivity, activity, conversion rates, pipeline creation, and campaign effectiveness.

  • Deliver actionable recommendations to leadership based on data trends and performance analysis.
  • Defines and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) for the SDR team, such as activity levels, conversion rates, and pipeline generation.
  • Analyzes SDR performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement and makes actionable recommendations
  • Reports regularly to Leadership on team performance and progress toward goals.
  • Assists in designing and administering SDR compensation plans and incentive programs.

Process Optimization & Execution

  • Drive innovation across the SDR organization, including evaluating and recommending new technologies to improve SDR productivity and pipeline generation.
  • Drive improvements across our current SDR tech stack (including SFDC, RingLead, Marketo, SalesLoft, 6sense, ZoomInfo, and Chorus) by optimizing workflows and integrations to ensure data accuracy, efficiency and adoption   
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process optimization and identify areas for improved efficiency within the SDR workflow. Design, document, and enforce SDR processes to ensure consistency across regions.
  • Advances AI innovation by leading cross-functional pilots and rollouts that embed AI into the SDR workflow.

  • Partner with SDR leadership to streamline lead routing, account assignment, and territory management.

  • Drive alignment between SDR, Marketing, and Sales through shared processes and operational rigor.

Enablement & Support

  • Partner with Sales Enablement to onboard and train SDRs on tools, processes, and reporting best practices.

  • Troubleshoot day-to-day issues related to SDR systems and workflows.

  • Create playbooks, documentation, and process guides to support global scalability.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations, preferably supporting SDR or BDR teams in SaaS.

  • Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce (required) and working knowledge of SalesLoft, 6sense, ZoomInfo, and Chorus.

  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills; ability to translate data into insights and business recommendations.

  • Proven track record in process design, system optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to manage multiple global stakeholders.

  • Growth mindset: proactive, resourceful, and eager to improve team efficiency at scale.

Salary Range : $120,000-$140,000

In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
