As a Technical Enablement Trainer, you will partner with our global support organization to influence, educate, and operationalize business processes and policies. Your mission is to ensure Ping Identians have the right processes, tools, and knowledge to effectively support and care for our customers. This role sits within the Global Enablement team and reports to the Sr. Director of Knowledge & Enablement. You will collaborate closely with the Technical Enablement team as well as leaders and subject matter experts across multiple functions to drive adoption, alignment, and impact. In addition to process execution, this role emphasizes developing human skills such as communication, teamwork, emotional intelligence (EQ), and fostering a growth mindset, through training, coaching, and reinforcement, enabling our people to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
You will:
- Own and manage organizational process and policy enablement initiatives from design through global scale.
- Translate the Enablement vision into actionable programs that integrate both process adoption and human skill development.
- Partner with business leaders and SMEs to position processes, policies, and practices as value drivers for both enterprises and end users.
- Create, maintain, and deliver documentation, training, and supporting materials, including programs focused on communication, teamwork, EQ, and growth mindset.
- Lead requirement gathering: identify process gaps, define requirements, run pilots, and scale new processes globally.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for process and people enablement activities, including onboarding, coaching, coaching program design, and ongoing learning events.
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in enablement, training, business process management, or a related role.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing or high-communication roles.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles, coaching approaches, and methods for measuring program effectiveness.
- Demonstrated ability to build peer networks and strong cross-functional relationships.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and their application to process and training environments.
- Experience supporting Case Hygiene, and Kepner-Tregoe problem analysis/decision-making frameworks.
- Demonstrated competence in:
- Soft skills (adaptability, collaboration, problem solving)
- Human skills (interpersonal awareness, teamwork, influence)
- Emotional intelligence (EQ) (understanding and managing emotions in self and others)
- Growth mindset (resilience, continuous learning, embracing challenges)
You have an advantage if:
- You have experience in a global SaaS or technology environment.
- You’ve successfully driven process adoption, behavioral change, and coaching across complex organizations.
- You have designed or delivered training that aligns with different adult learning styles and modalities (live, virtual, and self-paced).
- You have built or scaled coaching programs to support employee development.
- You are familiar with enablement platforms, learning management systems (LMS), or knowledge-sharing tools.
- You have experience or certification in Organizational Change Management (OCM).
USA: $86,180 to $107,725 - In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
