Country Manager, Canada

The Country Manager for Canada will lead Ping Identity’s commercial operations and go-to-market strategy across the Canadian market. Reporting to the VP of Emerging Markets (U.S.-based), this Canada-based leader will manage a team of seven sales representatives responsible for Ping’s existing Canadian customer and prospect base. The role oversees national sales execution, partner collaboration, and marketing alignment to drive growth across financial services, healthcare, energy, utilities, and public sector verticals. The Country Manager will ensure Ping’s success in one of the fastest-growing identity markets globally.

You Will:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of seven sales representatives to achieve revenue, pipeline, and customer success goals
  • Define and execute Ping Identity’s Canadian sales and growth strategy, ensuring alignment with global and regional priorities
  • Build and manage key relationships across enterprise, public sector, and partner ecosystems to expand market coverage
  • Drive partner-led demand generation and co-marketing initiatives with strategic alliances to accelerate pipeline growth
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales Operations to plan field campaigns, strengthen visibility, and optimize forecast accuracy
  • Represent Ping Identity as the senior business leader in Canada, deepening customer trust and industry thought leadership

You Have:

  • 20+ years of enterprise software or technology sales experience, including 10+ years leading teams or managing a regional business
  • Proven track record of developing high-performing sales teams (7+ direct reports) and exceeding revenue targets
  • Deep understanding of the Canadian market, including experience in financial services, healthcare, and public sector
  • Strong professional network across Canadian partner ecosystems and experience driving partner-led growth
  • Familiarity with Canadian data protection and digital identity frameworks
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Ideally bilingual English/French
  • Based in Canada, ideally in the Greater Toronto Area

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience scaling a regional or country operation within a global SaaS or cybersecurity organization
  • Knowledge of Canadian data residency, cloud compliance, and hybrid SaaS delivery models
  • Experience leading distributed or bilingual teams across multiple provinces
  • Success building alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams for coordinated go-to-market execution



Base Hiring Range: $500,000 - $550,000 CAD

In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
