We are seeking a motivated Change Governance Coordinator to join our Global Support Team. You will be responsible for governance oversight, change management coordination and customer approvals and communications for our PingOne Advanced Services platform. As part of the company’s Global Support Organization, you will work with a variety of cross functional teams at Ping as well as customers to ensure each change and the governance around those changes are smooth and well managed.
You Will:
- Governance Oversight - Serve as the primary point of contact for all governance-related activities within the PingOne Advanced Service platform. Ensure all operational and strategic changes align with customer-specific governance policies and compliance requirements.
- Change Management Coordination - Oversee the end-to-end change management process for all production environments, ensuring rigorous documentation, validation, and stakeholder engagement. Ensure all changes have been risk-assessed, tested, and approved prior to deployment, per contractual and governance requirements
- Customer Approvals & Communication - Obtain formal customer sign-off and confirmation for all production changes, including emergency and standard changes. Provide clear, timely communication to customers regarding change windows, potential impacts, and contingency plans
- Continuous Improvement & Risk Mitigation - Identify process gaps or recurring approval delays, and work with internal and external stakeholders to streamline the governance and change lifecycle. Monitor and report on change-related incidents or rollbacks, conducting root cause analysis and recommending governance or procedural improvements. Actively participate in process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Monitoring and Performance Optimisation - Design and request monitoring solutions to proactively detect and resolve performance issues and service disruptions. Continuously analyze system performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and optimize configurations for optimal performance. Ensure that products maintain a level of normalcy (no abnormal errors, acceptable performance, etc)
You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with change management processes
- Solid understanding of project management and coordination
- Experience with creating, maintaining and reviewing documentation
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
