About Ping Identity:

At Ping Identity, we believe in making digital experiences both secure and seamless for all users, without compromise. We call this digital freedom. And it's not just something we provide our customers. It's something that inspires our company. People don't come here to join a culture that's built on digital freedom. They come to cultivate it.

Our intelligent, cloud identity platform lets people shop, work, bank, and interact wherever and however they want. Without friction. Without fear.

While protecting digital identities is at the core of our technology, protecting individual identities is at the core of our culture. We champion every identity. One of our core values, Respect Individuality, reminds us to celebrate differences so you are empowered to bring your authentic self to work.

We're headquartered in Denver, Colorado and we have offices and employees around the globe. We serve the largest, most demanding enterprises worldwide, including more than half of the Fortune 100. At Ping Identity, we're changing the way people and businesses think about cybersecurity, digital experiences, and identity and access management.

As Ping's leadership needs evolve, we’re continuing to invest in our Executive Assistant team. We’re seeking an experienced EA to support three leaders across our Go-to-Market organization: the SVP of Sales Engineering, SVP of Sales (Americas), and Chief Marketing Officer.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the pace of a global Sales and Marketing organization and brings sound judgment to managing complex calendars, travel, expenses, and executive communications. You’ll learn each leader’s priorities and working preferences, anticipate their needs, and build the trust to make day-to-day decisions independently.

You Will:

  • Provide dedicated administrative support to three senior leaders across Sales, Sales Engineering, and Marketing, building trusted relationships and learning each executive’s priorities and working preferences.
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel, own expense reporting, and support meeting and event logistics, adapting quickly as priorities change.
  • Anticipate executive needs, prioritize time-sensitive requests, and ensure leaders are prepared for upcoming commitments. Use sound judgment to resolve scheduling conflicts, protect focus time, and make appropriate decisions independently.
  • Manage executive correspondence and scheduling communications, responding to internal and external stakeholders with clarity, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Conduct research, gather data, and provide analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and department heads to facilitate effective communication, information sharing, and coordination of projects.
  • Identify and implement improvements to administrative workflows, using automation and AI tools where appropriate to increase efficiency.

You Have:

  • 10+ years of executive-level administrative support experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Experience supporting multiple senior executives simultaneously; experience supporting Sales, Marketing, Sales Engineering, or other Go-to-Market leaders is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy while handling multiple tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace; experience using automation or AI tools to increase productivity and streamline executive support is a plus.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Proactive mindset with demonstrated ability to learn executive priorities, anticipate needs, and exercise sound judgment independently, recognizing when to act and when to escalate.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with a diverse range of individuals.

Salary Range: $105,000 - $125,000

In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
