We're headquartered in Denver, Colorado and we have offices and employees around the globe. We serve the largest, most demanding enterprises worldwide, including more than half of the Fortune 100. At Ping Identity, we're changing the way people and businesses think about cybersecurity, digital experiences, and identity and access management.

We are hiring a Senior GRC Analyst to support and enhance our global governance, risk, and compliance programme. You will be responsible for driving key elements of Ping Identity’s security assurance framework, from risk assessments and policy governance, through to audit support, control testing, third-party risk oversight, and cross-functional remediation initiatives.

Reporting into the GRC Manager, you will work closely with Engineering, Privacy, Legal, People Team, and other functions and business stakeholders to ensure our compliance posture remains robust, scalable, and aligned with frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and other applicable regulatory requirements. You will help translate complex security and regulatory obligations into practical, business-aligned controls that strengthen our overall risk posture.

This is a full-time, remote role based in the United States.

You will:

  • Own and support key components of Ping Identity’s global governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) programme, ensuring alignment with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and other applicable regulatory and contractual obligations.
  • Lead and conduct enterprise and product-level risk assessments, working with stakeholders to identify, assess, and track remediation of security and compliance risks.
  • Support external audits and certifications (e.g. ISO 27001 surveillance/recertification audits, SOC 2 assessments), including evidence collection, control walkthroughs, and auditor coordination.
  • Develop, review, and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure they remain current, effective, and aligned to business and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform assurance activities to validate control design and operating effectiveness, identifying gaps and driving remediation plans where needed.
  • Operate and improve the third-party risk management programme, including supplier risk assessments, due diligence reviews, and ongoing monitoring of critical vendors.
  • Track and report on compliance metrics, audit findings, risk trends, and remediation progress to Information Security leadership and relevant governance forums.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, Privacy, Legal, People Team, and other business units to embed security and compliance requirements into processes and initiatives.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the GRC function, helping to streamline processes, enhance tooling, and improve reporting and visibility.

You have:

  • Hands-on experience supporting ISO 27001 and SOC 2 audits, including evidence gathering, control documentation, and auditor engagement.
  • Strong understanding of risk management principles and experience conducting structured risk assessments and driving remediation activities.
  • Experience reviewing and testing security controls across corporate and cloud-based environments.
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure or GCP) and how compliance requirements apply in cloud-native environments.
  • Familiarity with third-party risk management processes and supplier assurance activities.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate regulatory and technical requirements into clear, practical guidance for business stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple audits, assessments, and projects concurrently.
  • Relevant professional certifications such as CISM, CISSP, or equivalent are desirable.
