Job Duties: Create high quality wireframes, user journeys, mockups, and prototypes using digital software to create intuitive solutions to complex business problems. Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, research, product marketing, data analysts, and content strategy to develop impactful, user-centric, and data-informed design solutions. Manage and incorporate feedback from stakeholders across the Measurement and Monetization teams to ensure alignment and address needs. Own the user experience of products end-to-end, including facilitating design-led brainstorms and sprints with cross-functional partners to define product strategy, roadmap, process and culture. Work alongside engineers throughout the implementation and quality assurance phases to ensure high-quality execution of designs. Uphold and inspire a high level of design execution across the team, advocating for excellence and continuous improvement. Develop solutions that help advertisers, businesses and merchants on Pinterest to measure and optimize performance. Part-time telecommuting is permitted. Must travel to Pinterest office at least one (1) time per month.
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Graphic Design, Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or closely related quantitative discipline and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.
Special Skill Requirements: (1) UX/UI Design; (2) Product Strategy; (3) User Research; (4) Usability Testing; (5) Prototyping; (6) Data Visualization; (7) HTML and CSS; (8) Visual design; (9) Figma; (10) Sketch. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Part-time telecommuting is permitted. Must travel to Pinterest office at least one (1) time per month.
Salary: $181,752.90 - $267,272.00 per annum and standard company benefits.
