What you’ll do:
- Lead a high-performing team of Account Managers and Partner Managers to deliver quarterly revenue targets through effective planning, sales goal setting, and data analysis.
- Develop and deploy innovative sales programs that drive results for Pinterest advertisers and agencies.
- Implement strategies to scale revenue and streamline processes, leveraging robust sales operation experience to enhance team efficiency.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to effectively communicate with advertiser and agency partners in order to drive product adoption and maximize revenue.
- Communicate the progress of initiatives to stakeholders across time zones in a timely and clear manner.
- Build cohesive cross-regional and cross-functional partnerships with peers and internal stakeholders, including product, sales operations, and marketing.
- Leverage deep-rooted local agency connections to drive growth and strengthen partnerships.
- Cultivate and maintain C-level relationships to enhance strategic collaboration and business opportunities.
- Motivate and develop sales talent, creating a positive culture of accountability.
- Manage and nurture the relationship with Pinterest’s vendor partner to ensure seamless collaboration.
What we’re looking for:
- 6+ years of professional experience in digital media sales, online advertising, or sales leadership.
- Proven experience in building and managing successful partnerships with advertising agencies.
- A data-driven leader with the ability to lead teams against aggressive goals.
- Demonstrated track record of leading and inspiring others.
- Experience in process management, operations management, and understanding how to grow and scale businesses.
- Ability to extract insights from data to inform strategic decisions and translate them into action plans.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
- Experience working with outsourced vendors.
- Experience working with New Business Acquisition.
- Fluent in Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and other sales productivity software.
