Job Duties: Use data to shape Pinterest’s product adoption strategy. Translate data into insights and action, communicate recommendations and learnings to the broader organization and feed insights to update the creative best practices. Develop product and marketing measurement plans, learning agenda and goals to ensure the team is maximizing learning at every opportunity and delivering actionable insights to inform future iterations. Lead end-to-end experimentation effort from designing, setting up to comprehensive reporting on campaign/test performance across a host of metrics such as business, behavioral, product adoption and channel performance metrics. Build and maintain central reporting dashboards to improve visibility and accessibility of product lifecycle, GTM performance and in-product marketing impact across team and stakeholders. Socialize actionable, timely insights and findings with cross functional partners to inform/influence key decision and planning. Establish best practices and center of excellence on product marketing measurement. Partial telecommuting is an option.
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economic, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field, OR Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economic, or a related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.
Special Skill Requirements: (1) SQL; (2) Python; (3) Tableau or Apache Superset; (4) A/B tests; (5) Product growth experiments; (6) Data analysis; (7) Forecasting/predictive analytics; (8) Product life cycle; (9) Data pipeline creation; (10) Data modeling; (11) Statistics and (12) consumer product and marketing analytics. Partial telecommuting is an option.
Salary: $252,000.00 - $300,067.00 per annum
