Position: Commercial Plumbing Technician – Backflow Certified

Purpose:
To expertly install, service, and maintain commercial plumbing systems with an emphasis on backflow prevention. Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional workmanship, professionalism, and adherence to safety and code standards.

Expectations:

  • Install, inspect, and maintain commercial plumbing systems, including water lines, fixtures, and appliances
  • Perform testing, maintenance, and certification of backflow prevention assemblies
  • Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations related to backflow prevention and plumbing standards
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing and backflow-related issues efficiently
  • Communicate professionally with clients and team members, providing clear recommendations and updates
  • Document all inspections and service records accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces to ensure efficiency and safety
  • Engage in ongoing training to stay up to date with commercial and backflow standards
  • Uphold company policies, procedures, and safety protocols in all work performed

Job Requirements:

  • Must be 24 years or older
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Clear background check required
  • Must hold a current Backflow Certification
  • Minimum 3 years of commercial plumbing experience preferred
  • Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of plumbing systems and tools
  • Experience with ServiceTitan and familiarity with customer service-focused systems is a plus
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, including cannabis, as this is a safety-sensitive position
