Mid Logistics Analyst
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Pioneering Evolution is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring the effective planning, coordination, and execution of lifecycle logistics activities supporting our programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), proficiency with technical documentation, and the ability to manage complex logistics processes efficiently. The preferred candidate will live in the Washington D.C. metro area as this hybrid position does require coming into the client site and Pioneering Evolution Headquarters in Crystal City, VA at least 3 times a week.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience coordinating and assisting in development of required lifecycle logistic program documentation, milestone documentation, logistic support plans and logistic considerations in planning documentation.
- Experience monitoring and reporting quantities by maintenance due dates and recertification periods.
- Experience coordinating GFE transport to ensure proper distribution of available required hardware.
- Experience providing Encan/Decan, Assembly/Disassembly, Maintenance, and Theory of Operations hardware support as required.
- Experience drafting and delivering documentation supporting Fleet loadouts for Flag Level Officer review.
- Experience drafting and delivering memos supporting service life requirements for GFE.
- Experience drafting, reviewing, updating, and distributing Surface Missile Processing Documents for maintenance and assembly/disassembly.
- Experience coordinating, gathering input, preparing briefs, and recording action items from all logistics related meetings.
- Experience coordinating and assisting with submitted Integrated Logistics Assessment (ILA) check lists, documentation trackers, and logistic schedules to support program lifecycle events.
- Knowledge of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS)/Product Support Management (PSM) elements including Product Support Management, Maintenance Planning and Management, Supply Support, Technical Data, Manpower and Personnel, Training and Training Support, Design Interface, Facilities and Infrastructure, Sustaining Engineering, Computer Resources, Packaging, Handling, Storage and Transportation, and Support Equipment.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, etc.)
- Secret Clearance
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
- NAVSEA/NAVWAR/NAVAIR experience.
