Mid FMS Acquisition/Program Analyst
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Pioneering Evolution is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to provide comprehensive Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case oversight and support. This role encompasses tracking action items, financials, and material deliverables, ensuring all aspects of FMS case management are effectively monitored and executed. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in managing Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) processes, proactively analyzing and resolving issues to meet project and program goals. The preferred candidate will live in the Washington D.C. metro area as this hybrid position does require coming into the client site and Pioneering Evolution Headquarters in Crystal City, VA at least 3 times a week.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Strong experience in FMS Case oversight support to include but not limited to action tracking, financial tracking, and material deliverables tracking.
- Experience supporting effective analysis and management of incoming and outgoing actions items assigned from meetings, telecons, or emails.
- Candidates must be proactive and detail-oriented and able to assess issues and develop resolutions to meet project/program goals and objectives. Also, flexible to change priorities as they evolve.
- Experience with Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) management
- Ability to effectively participate and prepare for meetings and Interact regularly with internal clients to support FMS program requirements.
- Ability to draft, review, and route formal memos responding to actions, providing Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) costs, or releasing technical documentation.
- Ability to work tasks independently as well as with a team.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, etc.).
- Knowledge of DSAMS, SCIP, NEPS, MISIL, and FMS Cases is a plus but not a requirement.
- Support Travel CONUS and OCONUS as needed.
- An active Secret Clearance.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
- NAVSEA/NAVWAR/NAVAIR experience.
