SharePoint Administrator
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Pioneering Evolution is seeking an experienced SharePoint Administrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the SharePoint environment for a large DoD Weapons System Acquisition Program. This role involves ensuring the stability, security, and performance of SharePoint sites and services, as well as providing technical support and guidance to users. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SharePoint, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective SharePoint solutions.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or equivalent
- Experience related to application programming in a DoD environment
- At least 10 years’ experience with developing and implementing SharePoint solutions
- Proficiency in SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, workflows, and customization.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services and integration.
- Understanding of SQL Server and database management.
- Ability to complete the iNAVY SharePoint Site Collection Administrator Exam
- Ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Expert-level knowledge of other Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Power BI, and Teams.
- Security+ Certification
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) – SharePoint Applications
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MSCE) – Productivity
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MSCE) – SharePoint
- Active DoD Secret security clearance
