Logistics Support Analyst

POSITION DESCRIPTION: 
Pioneering Evolution is seeking a skilled Logistics Support Analyst to support strategic Navy modernization and logistics initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine technical acumen with a deep understanding of naval operations to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions that enhance warfighting readiness and ensure maritime dominance. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of lifecycle product support strategies that optimize production, distribution, and inventory systems while enabling the integration of end-to-end capabilities for the U.S. Navy. 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: 

  • Provide analytical solutions for the development and implementation of modernization and logistics plans. 
  • Support lifecycle product support strategies that influence production, inventory, distribution, and operational logistics. 
  • Assist in the strategic planning of modernization initiatives that enhance product flow, lifecycle performance, and end-use efficiency. 
  • Develop and maintain product support documentation including lifecycle sustainment plans, training plans, and maintenance plans. 
  • Leverage predictive analysis and modeling tools to support ROI calculations and cost-benefit analyses. 
  • Ensure alignment with DoD and DON product support policies and lifecycle management principles. 
  • Participate in product support management functions, including acquisition logistics, supply support, maintenance readiness, and Human Systems Integration (HSI). 
  • Provide logistics and program management support across NAVSEA Integrated Warfare Systems and ACAT-level programs. 
  • Support the Navy Modernization Process (NMP) and Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) cycle. 
  • Prepare and present technical reports, recommendations, and briefings to leadership and stakeholders. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions aligned with Navy warfighting needs. 

 
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 

  • 4+ years of experience serving in or supporting the U.S. Navy. 
  • 3+ years of experience in Navy operations, logistics, or program management. 
  • Knowledge of Navy Combat Systems lifecycle management and product support principles. 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. 
  • Understanding of DoD/DON policies related to product support and lifecycle planning. 
  • Experience using analytical modeling tools to assess ROI and cost efficiency. 
  • Active Secret clearance. 
  • High school diploma or GED (bachelor’s degree preferred). 

 
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 

  • 3+ years of experience with NAVSEA Integrated Warfare Systems. 
  • Experience supporting major ACAT acquisition programs. 
  • Familiarity with product support documentation and sustainment planning. 
  • Experience with the Navy Modernization Process (NMP). 
  • Experience with the PPBE process and program financial planning. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • PMP or DAWIA PM Level II/III Certification.
