Delivery and Implementation Manager

  • Card Issuing: A fully featured platform for Visa, Mastercard, or private level issuing of credit and prepaid cards. Pismo’s platform allows its customers to control everything from client acquisition to account management.
  • Digital Banking & Wallets: Pismo provides a transaction banking core for modern digital banking experiences, from easy client acquisition to enriched cash-in / cash-out operations and internal transfers / P2P transactions.
  • Seller Management: From the onboarding to the daily management of each seller, Pismo’s platform runs a workflow process with pertinent settlement and commercial parameters for each transaction, such as MDR, clearing rules, settlement requirements, and days to pay.

What you'll do

As a Delivery & Implementation Manager you will have the overall accountability for successfully delivering all workstreams related to client engagements and ensuring the client’s timely launch to market, while working closely with clients, partners and internal teams.

More specifically, you will have to:

  • Work closely with Sales to understand client opportunities and be ready to engage with qualified clients.
  • Set clear expectations with clients on the onboarding process, including key prerequisites for initiating the implementation.
  • Agree with clients on their initial launch strategy, scope, roles & responsibilities and key milestones, while taking into consideration Pismo’s readiness to deliver any client requirements.
  • Ensure internal stakeholders are aware of the client engagement, understand any requirements related to their teams and have capacity to support, as needed.
  • Partner with external parties and align on approach and timelines.
  • Oversee all workstreams during the implementation phase, including the execution of implementation activities, management of feature requests and delivery of special projects (certifications, environments, etc.)
  • Closely monitor progress against milestones, facilitate change requests and manage risks, issues and escalations.
  • Engage regularly with the client’s senior management to provide key updates and the necessary assurance around the overall engagement.
  • Handover to Client Success, upon successful launch to market

Minimum Qualifications

  • Card Issuing experience
  • Ability to drill down to detail and manage implementation tasks
  • Ability to make decisions and manage escalations
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
