Summary

The implementation team at Pismo manages exciting new projects related to payments and banking, guiding our clients from contract signature to go-live.

What you'll do

Leading Pismo's Implementations projects.
Project management.
Relationship w/ 3rd parties (Product Managers, Engineering, Sales, etc).
Customer-oriented view.
Define team goals and responsibilities.
Oversees implementation projects.
Track and Implement KPIs.
Ensuring visibility of project evolution to stakeholders.
Optimise time to value for clients and consistently maintain reasonable timelines.
Define and improve deployment process.
Bringing feedback/insights to leaders.
Be aware of the features and evolutions of the Pismo platform.
Deployment requirements knowledge.

Minimum Qualifications

Language Skills:

Advanced English Level

Technical Skills:

Proven strong experience in new clients: Onboarding/Implementation stage
Banking, Fintech, and Portfolio, Program or Project Management
Excellent organisation, team-building, coaching and mentoring, project management and time management skills
Strong analytical, statistical and problem-solving skills
Requires excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner including presentations
Ability to communicate effectively with high level clients and with all levels of management in Pismo
