What you'll do

Help define the scope, objectives, and functions of the PMO (e.g., support, control, or directive PMO).
Establish PMO governance, including roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes.
Create and implement project management methodologies, processes, and tools.
Standardize project management practices across the organization.
Recommend and implement project management tools (e.g., Copilot, Jira, Monday, Power BI, etc.).
Ensure that the tools are configured according to the organization's needs.
Support the selection and prioritization of projects based on strategic value, available resources, and risks.
Implement processes to monitor the progress, costs, deadlines, and quality of projects.
Help identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact the success of projects.
Support the management of the project portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
Conduct portfolio performance analyses and recommend adjustments.

Minimum Qualifications

Technical Skills:

+8 years of Experience managing IT Projects
Experience with project management tools (Jira, Monday)
Experience with Process Analysis
Deep knowledge of PMBok fundamentals and Projects artifacts and documentation
Lean/Agile Methodologies Knowledge
Desirable knowledge in Banking Industry
Data Analytics (Power BI, SQL)
AI (Copilot)
