Graphic Designer
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for graphic design for Pixocial's flagship overseas products, serving tens of millions of MAUs. Your design work will include in-app pop-ups, banners, H5 pages, and effect covers. This role requires a global perspective, with a focus on the US market, and an understanding of local users' aesthetic preferences and cultural backgrounds.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in style, tone, and visual identity.
- Collaborate closely with Growth/Product teams to create feasible designs that align with business goals.
- Proactively communicate with other designers to ensure design quality, effectively convey required concepts, and enhance brand awareness.
- Stay up to date with design trends, actively participating in creative brainstorming sessions and globalization project planning.
- Demonstrate strong insight and analytical skills, adjusting design directions based on data feedback and independently managing document organization and review.
- Handle multiple design tasks simultaneously and consistently deliver high-quality assets on time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the Internet or technology companies.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
- Familiarity with the latest design trends and technologies.
- Experience with AI design tools is a strong advantage.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable to change, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
