Product Trainer

The Position:

• Training Program Development: Create and maintain engaging training materials, including documentation, video tutorials, webinars, and e-learning modules, tailored to various audiences.
• Client Training: Conduct virtual and on-site training sessions for new and existing clients, ensuring they understand and can effectively use the Placements.io platform.
• Internal Training: Educate internal teams, including sales, customer support, and product development, on product features, updates, and best practices.
• Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to continuously improve training materials and methods. Stay updated on product changes and industry trends to ensure training content remains current.
• Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients and internal teams post-training.
• Documentation: Develop and update comprehensive user guides, FAQs, and other instructional materials to support training initiatives.
• Performance Metrics: Track and report on training effectiveness using metrics and feedback to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a product trainer, corporate trainer, or similar role in a technology or SaaS company.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
• Proficiency in creating training materials using various tools and platforms (e.g., LMS, video editing software, presentation tools).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site training sessions.
• Familiarity with ad tech or media industry is a plus.
• MBA Preferred
