About the Role:
As Product Manager (PM) specializing in Signal and Markers Toolkit (SMT), or OBOF, the primary focus will be on defining scalable horizontal technologies that aim to unify, consolidate, and standardize the way we produce object-based data layers.
In this role, you will tackle the challenge to scope and define a standard way of accessing and processing data of an object, such as a polygon or point, to unify object-based pipelines, learning from and leveraging the functionalities already available in Signal and Markers Toolkit.
You will support exploring synergies with other pods/product groups and also designing the strategy for defining the needs for the new horizontal capability. As the PM you own the why/what; drive execution; communicate; solve problems; simplify; set, own and drive the strategy, shaping the priority areas independently. The PM is focused on product impact, customer success, and customer delight. The ideal candidate is energetic, creative, and self-motivated.
This is a full-time, hybrid role which will require you to be in our Ljubljana office (Slovenia) 3 days per week.
Impact You’ll Own:
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their pain points, workflows, and desired outcomes for the horizontal capability definition.
- Collect and prioritise the business requirements, making sure that decisions are communicated and stakeholders are involved.
- Responsible for driving the product strategy for the Platform M pod, scouting opportunities to support cross-pod initiatives
- Responsible for analyzing customer feedback (direct and indirect) and leveraging it to define feature prioritisation and long-term strategy
- Effectively drive strategy progress forward with the support of the leadership and in coordination with Business Development
- Manage all relevant parties (e.g., Eng, GPSS, Sales etc.) with appropriate use of escalation; this includes proactive, effective communication of pod-level strategy and execution details to relevant stakeholders.
- Proactively socialize product, market, and competitive insights to the rest of the Product organization and to the wider company
- Contribute to the growth of others through activities like mentoring other PMs, Engineers, XFN teams about AMS/SMT and its implications.
- Closely collaborate with Engineering counterparts across the organization to drive progress.
- Partner with Marketing, Solutions Enablement leadership and Solutions Enablement PMs to develop compelling content and demonstrations that communicate the value of the horizontal technology.
- Support Engineering, Global Pre-Sales and Service (GPSS) and Product teams by providing tools and resources that enhance users adoption and satisfaction.
What You Bring:
- 4+ years of relevant work experience
- Excellent user empathy and the ability to translate customer needs into actionable product plans.
- Technical acumen to understand data and analytics tools, working effectively with engineering.
