About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly organized Partner Program Coordinator to join Planet’s Partnerships team. Partners play a key role in how Planet goes to market, supplying industry knowledge, analytics expertise, and distribution networks. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth partner experience, efficient internal processes, and high-quality program execution. You’ll support the operational backbone of our partner program, including: partner provisioning, certification tracking, contract renewals, Salesforce configuration, and referral partner onboarding. This role reports to the Partner Program Lead and collaborates closely with cross-functional stakeholders across sales, systems, legal, and marketing to make sure our partners have the access, tools, and support they need to succeed at scale. The ideal candidate has experience with CRM tools (especially Salesforce), enjoys building and optimizing processes that scale, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time, remote position based in either the United States or Canada.
Impact You'll Own:
- Create a smooth and professional experience for new partners by leading onboarding communications and coordinating their initial setup
- Manage access setup for partners across various internal tools and systems
- Triage and resolve access issues by identifying problems and working with internal teams to troubleshoot provisioning challenges
- Improve the experience for future partners by identifying, prioritizing and executing on opportunities to streamline and scale core partner program processes
- Provide internal teams with the visibility they need by building and maintaining reports and dashboards on partner activity and performance
- Support data accuracy and usability in Salesforce by managing partner-related layouts and configurations
- Keep records up to date by tracking completion of required training and certifications for reseller partners
- Support partner contract renewals by managing administrative updates and documentation
- Help ensure new Planet partners meet our compliance requirements by supporting the due diligence process
- Maintain clean records of partner access and entitlements using internal systems
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in partner operations, sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar role
- Familiar with working in a remote-first environment
- Ability to identify process improvements and implement scalable solutions that are aligned with business goals
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, effectively prioritize competing demands, and take initiative independently.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and familiarity with partner management or CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively influence internal, cross-functional stakeholders and manage expectations with external partner organizations
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to juggle multiple priorities
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams

Compensation:
The US base salary range for this full-time position at the commencement of employment is listed below. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives (bonus and equity). The final salary range is determined by job related experience, skills and location. The range displays our typical hiring range for new hire salaries in US locations only. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
New York City + California Salary Range
$75,400 - $94,300 USD
San Francisco Salary Range
$80,200 - $100,200 USD
US National Salary Range
$70,500 - $88,100 USD
