About the Role:
We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Operations team! Our small but nimble team is primarily located in the United States and Germany.
The Recruiting Coordinator will provide an excellent candidate experience and help our Talent Partners (recruiters) get through their recruiting cycles efficiently and compliantly. If you are interested in Talent Operations or Talent Acquisition and enjoy organization, this role might be for you!
This is a full-time, hybrid role which will require you to work from our San Francisco HQ 3 days per week.
Impact You’ll Own:
- Work directly with Talent Partners, hiring teams, and candidates to schedule, coordinate, and confirm multi-stage interviews, including video calls and in-person interviews.
- Coordinate candidate travel and lodging, as well as meet & greet candidates in person at our San Francisco HQ.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication and resolving candidate inquiries regarding their interviews throughout the interview process.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and help to expedite the interview process when faced with roadblocks.
- Act as point of contact for all candidates and hiring teams for logistics as candidates move through the recruiting process.
- Conduct job description reviews for new requisitions and provide feedback and edits for hiring managers.
- Recommend and drive process improvements and documentation.
- Support the Talent Operations team as needed.
What You Bring:
- 1+ years of recruiting coordination experience, with both virtual and on-site interview scheduling experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Communications, or English, or Psychology.
- Experience with GoodTime and/or ModernLoop scheduling software.
- Experience with Greenhouse applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities/deadlines.
- Ability to think critically and problem-solve creatively.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to proofread and provide constructive feedback.
What Makes You Stand Out:
- Experience implementing or evaluating scheduling tools or platforms, such as GoodTime or ModernLoop.
- Experience writing or creating internal content and/or process documentation.
- Experience working with Slack, Zoom, and G-Suite.
- Experience scheduling at a global level.

Compensation:
The US base salary range for this full-time position at the commencement of employment is listed below. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives (bonus and equity). The final salary range is determined by job related experience, skills and location. The range displays our typical hiring range for new hire salaries in US locations only. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
San Francisco Salary Range
$30.48 - $38.08 USD
