HR Admin Analyst

We´re looking for our next HR Admin Analyst to join Plata. The HR Admin Analyst is responsible for supporting the administration and management of Human Resources processes, ensuring compliance with policies, labor regulations, and internal procedures. This role provides support in payroll processing, benefits administration, hiring and onboarding processes, as well as handling documentation for foreign employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Records Management
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Manage documentation related to hiring, position changes, leaves, promotions, and employee separations.
- Support the hiring process of foreign employees, including assisting them in obtaining their RFC, bank account, CURP, and IMSS number.
- Payroll & Compliance
- Manage payroll registrations and terminations, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Assist in preparing for and conducting internal and external audits related to employment records.
- Ensure that immigration records are properly organized and aligned for audit readiness.
- Benefits Administration
- Oversee enrollments and cancellations in the major medical insurance plan.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with employees regarding benefits, policy updates, and changes.
- Provide support to employees regarding insurance-related inquiries.
- Manage and negotiate agreements for employee discount programs.
- Recruitment & Onboarding Support
- Provide logistical support in recruitment and selection processes, ensuring proper documentation for new hires.
- Assist in onboarding to ensure a smooth transition and positive employee experience.
- Employee Support & Internal Communication
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR administrative queries.
- Assist in resolving administrative issues efficiently.
- Support internal company communication efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative role.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and HR regulations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- High level of English proficiency.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to handle confidential processes.
