- Design and lead the judicial debt recovery strategy, including the creation of scalable processes, automation initiatives, and performance metrics to improve efficiency and recovery rates.
- Execute and manage legal collection cases end-to-end, from drafting and filing lawsuits to monitoring judicial proceedings and ensuring timely resolutions.
- Standardize and optimize internal legal procedures related to credit recovery, with a focus on minimizing legal risks and recovery time.
- Supervise and coordinate external law firms, ensuring legal actions are aligned with the bank’s strategy, executed efficiently, and meet defined KPIs.
- Draft, review, and enhance legal documents such as lawsuits, contracts, and settlement agreements, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and legal robustness.
- Represent the bank in court proceedings and before relevant authorities when required, serving as a key point of contact for high-impact or strategic cases.
Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in civil and commercial litigation.

Experience in the financial or fintech sector is desirable, especially in credit recovery and enforcement of guarantees.

Previous experience working with banks or fintechs will be considered a plus.

Solid knowledge of judicial procedures related to debt recovery.

Excellent legal drafting skills.

Strong analytical and conflict resolution abilities.

Proactivity, results-oriented mindset, and strong follow-up skills.
Compensation and Additional Benefits

Salary Range: $55,000 - $80,000 based on experience
