Role Description:
 
You will be responsible for building an internal automation team using all available tools, including low-code, no-code, and traditional development approaches. Your tasks will include analyzing business needs, correctly formulating tasks for the team, and overseeing the design and architecture of all internal automation systems.
This role is perfect for someone who’s equally comfortable thinking strategically and getting into the details. You'll need strong technical instincts, a practical mindset, and the ability to collaborate across teams to turn ideas into real impact.
 
Challenges that await you:
  • Lead the development and execution of a clear, forward-looking strategy to automate and streamline HR processes across a rapidly growing, fully distributed company
  • Work closely with the HR Director, this role will focus on identifying automation strategy, setting priorities, selecting the right technologies, and building the team to bring it all to life
  • Be responsible for shaping a modern HR tech ecosystem—covering systems like HRIS, ATS, payroll, and analytics—ensuring everything works together to support both business goals and a smooth employee experience. From process design to implementation, training, and continuous improvement, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of HR tech initiatives
