
QA Lead [Origination CCR]
- Organizing and improving testing processes across multiple teams
- Developing and implementing a test automation strategy
- Creating and maintaining technical solutions for automation, ensuring stability and sufficient coverage of automated tests
- Maintaining and regularly updating test documentation in line with product changes
- Collaborating with development, analytics, DevOps, and management teams
- Growing the QA team and supporting the professional development of its members
- Participating in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of QA specialists
- Experience leading a QA team, including participation in hiring and professional development
- Deep understanding of testing and quality assurance processes, experience in creating and maintaining test documentation
- Experience in implementing and advancing automation practices, building and maintaining CI/CD processes
- Solid knowledge of one or more programming languages: Go / Java / Kotlin / Python
- Experience in developing and maintaining automated tests and test frameworks
- Knowledge of SQL, experience with version control systems (Git, etc.) and message brokers (Kafka, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with development teams, management, and related departments
- Experience in backend automated testing
- Experience with gRPC, Protobuf
- Experience with frameworks: dailymotion/allure-go, gomega (Go)
- Experience in load testing
- Knowledge and understanding of software design patterns
