Technical Leadership – You’ll lead a team focused on core web infrastructure: CI/CD processes, design systems, and foundational tooling and libraries.
- Define and evolve our web development strategy and tech stack
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and contribute to codebases
- Lead and grow the internal web development community
- Guide hiring and evaluation processes for web developers
- Act as an arbiter and expert for all major web-related decisions
- Be proactive, drive improvements, and push infrastructure forward where needed
- A strong technical leader with a web engineering background
- Passionate about developer experience and scalable front-end architecture
