Head of Profession - Web [Web Tech]

This role has two key parts:
 
Head of Web Profession – You’ll play a key role in defining the company’s strategy, technology stack, and best practices for web development. You’ll drive hiring processes, and act as the final decision-maker and technical authority for everything web.
Technical Leadership – You’ll lead a team focused on core web infrastructure: CI/CD processes, design systems, and foundational tooling and libraries.
