
Data Analyst [Collection Risk]
- Analyze the effectiveness of current collection strategies and suggest improvements
- Develop and test new strategies to increase recoveries at various collection stages
- Work with data, build reports and dashboards, and visualize results
- Assess the impact of process changes on key collection metrics
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business teams
- Identify anomalies and the reasons for key metric volatility
- Up to 2 years of experience in data analytics
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to formulate and test hypotheses
- Understanding of basic machine learning concepts
- Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability
- Experience with databases and strong knowledge of SQL (including writing complex queries)
- Experience in building data marts
- B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
- Mathematical or technical education from the following universities: Moscow State University (MSU), Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT), Higher School of Economics (HSE), National Research Nuclear University MEPhI (Moscow Engineering Physics Institute), Moscow State Technical University
- Some experience in risk analysis and an understanding of basic risk metrics, such as vintage analysis, roll rates, and portfolio risk metrics
- Experience in developing risk models would be a strong advantage
- Experience with one of the analytical scripting languages (Python / R)
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is welcome
