
Lead Data Analyst [Collection Risk]
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data analysts — supporting their development and ensuring high-quality delivery across all analytics workstreams
- Drive the strategic planning and execution of collections initiatives using data — identifying opportunities, evaluating performance, and guiding improvements
- Own the end-to-end analytics cycle for collections: from building reporting systems and running A/B tests to conducting ad-hoc analysis and translating insights into action
- Oversee your team’s work on monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics — Cure Rate, Roll Rate, Flow Rate, PTP, KPTP, RPC, Contact Rate — ensuring insights are turned into measurable improvements
- Collaborate closely with digital and call center teams to enhance customer interactions and optimize overall collections effectiveness
- Pilot and implement new tools and initiatives that improve the efficiency and impact of collections processes
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics and at least 2 years in a leadership role, managing and developing analytical teams
- Proven track record in fintech, big tech, or other fast-scaling, data-driven environments
- Strong technical skills in SQL and Python; hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau (or similar)
- Solid experience in designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests to support product and strategy decisions
- Strong background in building and analyzing reports, as well as driving data-informed solutions
- Experience working with ML models
- Excellent communication skills — comfortable presenting insights to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- English level: B2 or higher
- Experience in collection, banking, or financial services.
