Our AI Team is focused on two exciting goals: using AI tools to automate business processes across the company, and bringing AI solutions to everyone to boost productivity and spark interest in AI concepts among decision-makers.
We create powerful AI-driven solutions using Golang for our backend and Python with cloud-based model providers for our ML pipelines. Our technology stack leverages AWS infrastructure, giving teams the flexibility to utilize cloud platforms or build custom solutions on Amazon's robust foundation.

Challenges that await you:
  • Lead the team through hiring, planning, task decomposition, process improvements, and team member development
  • Manage relationships with business stakeholders to ensure timely feature delivery aligned with company objectives
  • Drive technical leadership for authorization services, developing a strategic vision for platform growth
  • Dive into existing processes and collaborate with current platform teams to successfully transition expertise and networking related to these services
  • Solve complex implementation challenges, review code, and ensure delivery of robust, scalable solutions
  • Balance immediate needs with long-term technical excellence
What makes you a great fit:
  • Some experience leading an engineering team, including hiring, personal development, performance management, and delivery
  • Strong technical background with 4+ years in software development
  • Experience building robust, high-scale, distributed systems in production environments
  • Proficiency in cross-team collaboration within product development environments
  • Strategic thinking that supports scalable and sustainable service growth
  • Comfort with any JVM-specific language (we’re using Kotlin), Kubernetes, and AWS environments (Golang experience a plus for future initiatives)
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to feedback, and apply learnings effectively
  • Curiosity, collaboration skills, and understanding of high-load architecture
