
Product Manager Senior [Authentication & Authorization]
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle management of authentication and authorization features, including roadmap creation, requirements gathering, launch planning, and continuous refinement
- Work directly with senior leadership to define clear objectives, establish product scope, and ensure strategic alignment
- Collaborate closely with analysts to leverage data insights, identify UX improvements, track product success metrics, and drive informed decision-making through experimentation (A/B testing, funnel optimization)
- Influence business and technical architecture decisions alongside engineering and security teams, ensuring the products balance strict security requirements with exceptional user experiences
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or System Analyst, specifically managing authentication, authorization, or related platforms within fintech, SaaS, or similarly regulated industries
- Strong technical depth and systems-thinking abilities, enabling effective collaboration with engineering, security, and compliance teams
- Practical hands-on experience implementing and managing authentication frameworks (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML)
- Demonstrated understanding of security best practices, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies relevant to fintech and regulated industries
- Proven experience gathering detailed requirements, prioritizing complex backlogs, and effectively managing development sprints
- Highly analytical mindset; skilled at forming hypotheses, analyzing metrics, conducting A/B tests, and optimizing user journeys based on data
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, adept at balancing competing priorities and facilitating alignment across diverse internal and external teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; adept at clearly articulating strategic decisions, technical concepts, and product benefits to diverse stakeholders including executives, engineers, and designers
- Working proficiency in SQL or analytical tools to independently explore product and user data
- English proficiency (B2+ or higher) for effective collaboration with international teams
- Experience rolling out advanced login methods, such as biometrics, QR code authentication, passwordless solutions, or multi-factor authentication (MFA)
- Familiarity with identity management solutions (Google Sign-In, for example)
- Prior experience in high-security or compliance-driven fintech environments (PCI DSS, AML, etc.)
