
System Analyst Middle/Middle+ [Processing Finance]

- Driving the creation of innovative finance platform solutions from scratch, including developing key features for the mobile app, payment processing, and user-facing payment screens.
- Managing the product's full lifecycle: from idea to implementation and launch.
- Designing scalable and efficient technical solutions tailored to the business needs, working in close collaboration with the development teams.
- Engaging with external partners to ensure smooth integrations with payment gateways, processing systems, and other third-party services.
- Developing comprehensive technical documentation, including specifications, architecture diagrams, and service requirements.
- Leading efforts in testing, validation, and acceptance of payment-related functionalities to maintain reliability and high performance.
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex production issues, ensuring seamless user experiences and system stability.
What makes you a great fit:
- 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst in IT, preferably in fintech domains.
- Expertise in analyzing business needs and translating them into clear, actionable specifications for developers.
- Strong experience in API design, architecture, and modeling business processes.
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable, high-load, and high-availability systems for payment processing.
- Exceptional written and spoken English skills to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
- Experience with UML/BPMN for modeling workflows and system interactions.
- Familiarity with database architecture and IT system design principles.
- B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
