- Maintain up-to-date documentation for current solutions, including technical specifications and service requirements.
- Collaborating with other teams to align expectations, confirm service behavior, and reduce uncertainty before development begins
- Gathering comprehensive business requirements and translating them into structured, actionable technical specifications
What makes you a great fit:
- 2+ years of experience as a System Analyst in IT
- Solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling principles
- Familiarity with ACID principles and their application in system design
- Basic SQL skills
- Hands-on experience with microservice-based architectures
- B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
- Hands-on experience with workflows, regulations, and systems used in debt collection operations in the financial field.
- Golang code reading skills
- Hands-on experience with gRPC
